What We Are Looking For

Ourisman Audi, Lincoln, Volvo is growing again, and we are seeking Automotive Accounting Team Members to help support our booming business. The ideal candidates will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

We are growing our portfolio and looking to add the following Team Members to our centralized accounting team based out of our Frederick, MD location.

-Tag and Title Clerk

-General Accounting clerk for dealer transfers and inventory

Responsibilities
  • Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions
  • Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions
  • Process payments to floor plan institutions
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
  • Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
  • Proficient with title laws and registration process is a huge plus
Qualifications
  • Experience as an Accounts Receivable in a dealership
  • Experience with Excel
  • Proven track record
  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
  • Team-oriented
