Job descriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Needs to be able to do grade work and utility work.Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations, and procedures as set forth by company policies andOSHAOperate and monitor all equipment and production area safely and efficientlyPerform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as neededCommunicate with the management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needsPerform other tasks as assigned by supervisorEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalentKnowledge of or ability to learn Occupational Safety Hazards and appropriate safety precautions and procedures.Must have reliable transportationAbility to work independently and/or with your crew to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Physical Requirements:Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local standardsCan stand, sit, walk, reach, balance, stoop, and kneel for long periods of timeAbility to lift tools and equipment of 75lbs or greaterCan see up close, distances, and colors and has use of peripheral vision and depth perceptionMust be able to perform physically strenuous work outdoors in all types of weather Competitive salary based on experienceWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental Insurance Health insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision Insurance Schedule:8-hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Work Location: In person
