What We Offer You Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance) Health Savings Account Company Paid Life Insurance 401K with Company Match and 100% vesting after 90 Days Paid Time Off Referral Bonus Program Employee Assistance Program Holiday Pay And so much More Position DescriptionAdena- Commercial CarpenterSummary: The Carpenter will provide professional services while constructing, repairing building frameworks and structures, and interior finishing with a focus on details.Primary Job Responsibilities:Installs doors, frames and hardwareForms and pours concreteLays out and frames walls with wood or metal studsHangs and finishes drywallInstalls wall protection including FRP board, crash rails, corner guards, etc.Installs acoustic ceilingsInstalls cabinets, trim and other finish carpentryLays out and installs in-wall blockingInstalls roof blockingHangs toilet partitions and installs restroom accessoriesAdheres to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environmentOther duties as assignedPM21Position RequirementsAdena- Commercial CarpenterDesired Qualifications/Skills:High School Diploma or GED requiredSufficient education or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills and characteristics to perform carpenter duties10 Hour OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain within ninety (90) days of employmentAbility to read building blueprintsAbility to utilize pertinent math skillsGood knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment along with safe use of the sameMust maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be willing and able to travel to jobsites which may at times require overnight stays away from homeAbility to work at heights without fear including work on scaffolding and laddersAbility to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistencyMust have a good work ethic, and the ability to understand and carry out written or verbal instructionsAbility to perform on a regular basis in outside weather conditions consisting of wet, hot, humid and/or freezing temperatures, also contending with dirt and dust PM21Equal Opportunity EmployerEqual Opportunity Employer
