JOB SUMMARY # Anesthesia technicians provide ancillary support to the anesthesia service under the supervision of a licensed anesthesia provider by maintaining and assembling adequate anesthesia supplies and equipment. They prepare anesthesia equipment and supplies necessary for the administration of general, regional or moderate anesthesia care. Due to the broad range of medical conditions they encounter, they must be well-versed in a large variety of health conditions # #JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education High School Diploma Minimum Work Experience No previous experience.# Required Licenses/Certifications CPR-BLS Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to deal effectively with community/consumers. Ability to deal effectively with hospital personnel and duties of position. Demonstrated advocate of quality and cost effective care. Demonstrated interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills. Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.
