Until this property is operational, you will act as a Roving Maintenance Technician to support other apartment communities in the greater Orlando, FL area.$1,500 sign on bonus included*Subject to change; restrictions applyPosition Summary:As a roving Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property (or properties), and for ensuring its efficient operation on a daily basis in a roving (as needed) capacity. Due to the nature of the property management industry, this position must be available to work on the last day and first day of each month which can occur on weekends.Responsibilities:Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may ariseComplete work requests for common areas and apartment unitsPerform preventative maintenance on propertyAssess and repair appliances as neededAssist in preparing vacant units ready for new residentsOccasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back to site after regular work hours)Create and maintain a safe work environmentQualifications:1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and paintingHVAC and EPA experience preferredCPO certification preferredValid drivers' license and insurance may be requiredAbout Us: Dominium is one of the leading affordable housing development and property management companies nationwide.
