Location: Kansas City, MO

Shifts: Flexible hours, 4-days a week, anytime between Mon-Fri

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent, or higher education and training as required by the certifying body plus appropriate laboratory training.

    1-year experience processing and preparing tissue for permanent histology.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Specimen Processing - Prepare tissue specimens for routine and special procedures to confirm a patient diagnosis by processing and embedding specimens, performing microtomy to produce properly cut sections, placing specimens on slides, and staining (including special stains).
