3Ci is seeking a talented and experienced CRM Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join a dynamic team. This individual must possess a deep understanding of CRM deployment, administration, security, performance tuning, and data migration, along with a background in supply chain or logistics.

The project involves managing Microsoft Dynamics within an environment that integrates with multiple tools including e-commerce platforms, Oracle, and SAP. The CRM supports a large customer base, with significant volumes of transactions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high sense of urgency, understand logistics/supply chain workflows, and have experience in creating integrations within Microsoft Dynamics.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics, including features, customizations, configurations, and integrations
  • Proven track record in CRM deployment, administration, security, performance tuning, and data migration
  • Background in supply chain or logistics to understand CRM workflows and integrations with various tools
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define technical architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Lead solution development, upgrades, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain platform structure, ensuring it meets enterprise requirements
  • Promote architecture principles and standards within IT groups
  • Perform other tasks as required
