Position DetailsEmployment Status: Part-TimeShift: DayAt Vancrest, we strive to provide the highest possible quality dining experience while ensuring the most nutritional diet possible for each resident.Dietary Aide Job Duties:Reviewing menus prior to preparation of foodInspecting special diet trays to assure they are correctPerforming administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submitting to the Director of Food ServicesCoordinating dietary service with other departments as necessaryWorking with the facility's Dietician, Dietetic Technician and other Supervisors as necessary and implementing recommended changes as requiredAssuring that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policiesAssisting in establishing food service production line, etc., to assure that meals are prepared on timeProcessing diet changes and new diets as received from Nursing Services and approved by the Director of Food ServicePerforming dishwashing/cleaning procedures.
