Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Also performs a wide variety of patient care activities including, but not limited to, maintenance of clinical record/documentation, administering medications, giving injections, and taking vital signs. Plans, organizes, and coordinate care of the surgical patient, according to the policies, procedures of the hospital and department. Able to function in the capacity of circulating nurse, scrub nurse, and recovery nurse. Required to share scheduled call at night and on designated weekends.RequirementsAbility to facilitate communication and problem solving with patients, families, staff physicians, and administration.Basic Life Support, and ACLS preferredLicensed in the State of Texas as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.Prefer two years or more of nursing clinical experience with at least one year in ambulatory care setting.Prefer the following skills: the ability to multi-task, problem solving, organizational skills, experience using an Electronic Medical Record.
