**POSITION PURPOSE**

The position is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing and shipping of product to meet company standards of safety, quality and productivity. This position interacts with other warehouse personnel, management, carriers, vendors and departments on a regular basis and must maintain professional and courteous relationships.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**

**DATA ENTRY & INTEGRITY:**

- Input data daily in reports as assigned.

- Maintain Shipping and Receiving Schedule integrity

- Maintain Driver log integrity

- Verify lot control on branch transfers in BPCS

**REPORTING & ANALYSIS:**

- Verify all shipments in WMS and BPCS

- Look up data for RMRs and verify completion of pick when returned by warehouse operative.

- Follow CGMP standards.

- End of month reporting verification and validation.

**CLIENT ENGAGEMENT:**

- Client Relations

- Organization Analysis

- Effective email, phone, and interpersonal communication.

**TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:**

- Input data from inbound paperwork into WMS and validate transactions to BPCS.

- Prioritize work and manage work queue in WMS to insure balanced work flow for floor.

- Manage outbound paperwork flow from office to warehouse operative for loading.

**SPECIAL PROJECTS:**

- All other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Include minimum qualifications for formal training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or working experience. Identify the level of knowledge; skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required to perform the essential job responsibilities and duties competently.

**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:**

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, forklift certification.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:**

Simple Math, Microsoft Office, WMS

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

3-5 years experience in a similar clerk role in a warehousing/distribution environment

**SKILLS/ABILITIES:**

Intermediate computer skills, ability to operate a forklift and maintain certification and ability to follow directions and work independently.
