They capture the essence of the major fashion names' style, expressing their identity and spirit in iconic pieces for children. From raw material sourcing to point-of-sale selection and customer service, they provide a customized service for brands and for children around the world

The Group operates in 74 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America, with an annual turnover of 280 million in 2023.

Our client is looking to expand its retail operations in the US market. To this end, they are currently recruiting a Store Manager based at Woodbury Common Outlets.

Job Description

Position Overview :

As the ambassador of their brands, you will contribute to the store's sales development in line with the company's sales policy.

You are responsible for sales growth, profitability and store performance.

You manage and motivate staff, and support their professional career development.

Key responsibilities :

Sales

  • Implement the key qualitative and quantitative objectives defined by the sales policy : customer satisfaction and retention, turnover, margin, etc.
  • Plan store sales forecasts, organize team briefs.
  • Identify existing needs and new customer expectations, implement specific action plans.

Sales performance management

  • Monitor key indicators
  • Analyze results on a daily basis: dashboards and various indicators.
  • Identify the causes of business downturns, sales declines and losses.
  • Ensure regular sales reporting to management.

Staff Management :

  • Recruit, train, onboard and evaluate staff, and support their professional development.
  • Define team objectives and support actions to achieve them.
  • Manage schedules, allocate tasks to enable the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Acts as a channel for upward and downward information between the Managing Director and the sales team.

Operational, financial and administrative management :

  • Ensure store opening and closing.
  • Ensure that the store is properly maintained (layout, cleanliness, etc.), implement the Group's merchandising policy and carry out Youbic tasks.
  • Check cash registers at the end of the day and guarantee that funds are returned to the bank.
  • Check stock levels, supervise supplies (order reception), prepare and carry out inventories.
  • Handle complaints from customers, suppliers and carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations (health, safety, labor law) and legal notices.
  • Respect and enforce the Group's internal policies.
