The Clinician is responsible for conducting behavioral health assessments and providing ongoing clinical services to minors. Responsibilities:Complete initial clinical intake risk and behavioral health assessments.Complete human trafficking and gang violence affiliation/exposure screenings.Provide weekly individual and group therapy sessions to each minor to address identified needs and to help minors to adapt to their new environment and to develop/improve their social skills.Provide crisis intervention as needed.Periodically review child's risk and behavioral health assessments to determine appropriateness of current safety and individualized service plans.Review medication, religious and activity logs to ensure child's needs are met.Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to review and to evaluate child and sponsor participation and progress.Maintain accurate, and current documentation of service provision in each UAC case file, while ensuring compliance with ORR and agency documentation and reporting requirements.Collaborate with Lead Clinician to meet agency's Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI)/Quality Assurance (QA) requirements.Complete all initial and annual training requirements.Non-Essential Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned to meet program needs.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Must have a master's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science degree plus two years of direct clinical experience or bachelor's degree in social work or other relevant behavioral science plus five years of direct clinical experience working with children and families.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Extended Reach, electronic databases.Must have the ability to communicate with all persons in a culturally competent manner.Must be sensitive to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.Ability to work within a team and to work independently.Ability to take the initiative.In-Person with Virtual/Remote Flexibility/Opportunity.Ability to be on-call as needed.Must have a personal vehicle, a valid Georgia Driver's license and have personal auto insurance and a good driving record.Desired Qualifications:Provisional or fully licensed.
