This will be onsite, no home visits, and equipment will stay onsite as well. Job title: Registered Nurse Location: Silver Spring, MD 20904 Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm/5pm and one weekend per month (and one week on-call Friday-Thursday) Requirements: 2-3 years experience BLS from AHA and RN license Current OASIS experience preferred Home Care experience preferred Medicare-certified home health experience Responsibilities: Partnering and collaborating in the initial evaluation to assess the residents needs to develop and implement a service plan based on the evaluation and in conjunction with the resident, family, physician, and /or authorized practitioner. Communicating any changes in the residents condition. Ensuring that the residents individualized plan is implemented and followed by the Home Health and Home Support agency team of providers. Delivering nursing care as outlined in the plan of care and according to acceptable nursing standards. Participating in care conferences and other residentrelated meetings. Participating in the orientation and training of other agency nurses as well as training any Aide staff development activities.
