•Excellent customerservice skills
•Excellent attention todetail and organizational skills required
•Geographical knowledgeof New England area and traffic patterns
•Adequate capacity forstress tolerance
•Excellent command ofEnglish language for verbal and written tasks
•Ability to makedecisions and identify solutions
•High School Diploma orequivalent
•Working knowledge of MSOffice applications

Responsibilities
•You"'ll be the key to theseamless customer experience we provide to every client, responding to incomingcalls with energy and professionalism, responding to emails, and efficientlyscheduling trips to ensure optimal use of company vehicles and drivers
•Your role meansanticipating and managing unexpected changes and incidents
•You"'re the greatcommunicator, reviewing trip details with chauffeurs, responding to clientquestions and concerns, and keeping supervisors and the management teamapprised of execution challenges
