DC Enclosures is hiring for professional Carpenters to install Sunrooms. We offer a wide range of enclosure types from prefabricated to conventional. We supply everything from the foundation to the floor covering for our clients, so you need to be well rounded and have experience with this type of installation. Duties/Responsibilities: Ensure all decks and sunrooms are built to meet local building codes and engineering specificationsComplete projects on time and with superior qualityCommunicate and interact with customers as a professional representative of the companyBe able to give clear directives to your assistants on siteEnsure organization and verification of all materials/tools needed for each projectCoordinate the procurement of materials to complete jobAssist Installation Manager in contributing to meeting company standards and achieving departmental goalsComplete daily reports for job progress via tablet and other electronic devicesMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years prior experience in construction and skilled labor involving carpentry, roofing, window installationHigh School diploma or GED required, associate's degree or trade school experience in construction or related field (highly preferred)Clean driving record and valid drivers licenseBasic arithmetic abilitiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsGeneral remodeling experience is a plusBe able to lift 70lbsWork in outdoorsCandidates must successfully pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test.
