Strategizes and implements referral programs and service initiatives for bank growth while meeting customer needs. This position supervises employees responsible for various aspects of multiple branch operations and processes. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.Facilitates sales plans to achieve market production goalsEnsure implementation of market call campaigns, customer sales calls, and outreach activities to reach sales performance and deposit growth goalsAnalyze sales reports to drive sales production and elevate performanceDevelop Sales Managers by way of side by side development, coaching, observing and on-the-job training to be effective sales leadersFacilitates sales development training sessions at a market levelTravel to various site locations to include outer markets to support assigned locationsAdvises Corporate Sales Managers of any leadership recommendations to include promotions and salary adjustments.Manages market profitability by achieving branch production goals to include account generation, deposit growth, and service measured through JD PowerCultivates an environment that exemplifies a superior level of customer service.Perform Human Resources activities such as prepare staff evaluations and disciplinary actionsFacilitates communication within Managers and BranchesAttend corporate and market meetingsOversee proper security policies and procedures are being adhered at the branch levelParticipate in corporate and market initiatives as neededServe our community by participating in various organizations to enrich and support our communitiesProvides approvals for Market retail customer portfolio adhering to Bank PoliciesEnsure staff retentionActively engage in various bank meetingsConduct employee terminations in the absence of a sales managerParticipate in continuing education to include travelSupport after hours as neededFlexibility to perform the duties of a Branch Manager, Sales Associate, and Teller Operations functionsAbility to perform to Sales Scorecard expectations at a minimumOther duties as neededSKILLSProblem analysisFocus on resultsOpenness to changeManagement of personnel resourcesInitiativePersuasionCoordinationTime managementLeadershipPlanningSound judgement and decision makingService orientationPromotes teamworkComprehensive persuasion and negotiationSocial perceptivenessStrong oral and written communicationFocus on salesStress managementEDUCATION & KNOWLEDGEBachelor's degree preferredMulti-unit retail management experience required3-5 years retail management experience or equivalent banking industry experienceGood knowledge of computer systems technology.
