We are currently seeking a few exceptional people who have a passion to create a meaningful impact in the lives of the amazing people we support.We have great opportunities for positive, motivated individuals to work in an OMH outpatient clinic setting.In this position, you will:+ Conduct assessments and all aspects of psychotherapy with individuals, families, couples or groups according to caseload assigned.+ Work with patients to develop and achieve treatment goals and change goals as needed.+ Attend supervisory sessions as scheduled and demonstrate motivation for learning and willingness to take direction.+ Attend weekly social work meetings, participating actively in the process and assuming responsibility for rotating presentations.+ Initiate and maintain contact with other agency departments regarding your patients - as necessary and appropriate in the service of quality treatment.We require:+ Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling.+ NYS licensed Mental Health Counselor.We look forward to talking with you An EOE m/f/d/v.
