Company Overview Vita Dental in Fishers, is looking to add a part time or full time general dentist who is excited about building relationships with our patients and becoming a part of one of the best communities in the country. We offer a unique mentorship under the guidance of Dr. Steven Green (Formally of Team Green Dentistry in Fishers) in dental and business giving you a comprehensive understanding of the field. Ideal candidates are those looking to expand their skill set and knowledge base to deliver exceptional dentistry.

Our privately owned practice is part of a small DSO group in Indiana and enjoys a high level of success due to just the right combination of excellent staff, a marketing plan, and a practice philosophy of patient first. We believe in hiring the finest talent available to take care of patients while we take care of business. We're continually growing, and as a result, we are currently looking to add a new pediatric associate to our team, who enjoys providing great dental care. Job Summary Eager to collaborate with the owner about improving our processes and growing our business - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Is compassionate for their patients, team members, and themselves - Open to learning new ways of doing things.

DDS or DMD degree, licensed in Indiana, or have the ability to obtain a license upon graduation/relocation.- Enthusiastic about working with children.- Commitment to quality patient care and enjoy educating patients on dental health. All experience levels will be considered.

Responsibilities

Conducting oral examinations to identify diseases and infections.

Performing restorative dentistry procedures.

Developing treatment plans and coordinating with patients on their dental care journey.

Ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Participating in continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

Degree in Dentistry.

Valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Indiana.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and patient management skills.

Interest in continuous learning and professional development.
