Job description:
We are looking for a SalesForce Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of IT experience. This resource needs to have experience with SalesForce implementations - ideally would like have SalesForce Admin/ App builder experience.

ADT is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team to help drive the salesforce implementations throughout the organization - would like to see someone with experience as a salesforce admin/app builder. Collaboration with the Business teams and Development teams to analyze business requirements and transform them into a requirement specification document. Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Should be able to analyze business requirements around salesforce sales cloud and be able to recommend better business and systems processes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and oversee the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a production deployment with a focus on SFDC best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed functional & training documentation for requirement specifications.
• Prepare & conduct end user demos for roll out.
• Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
• Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Marketo is required.
• Experience with Web Services Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow and Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals.
• Working knowledge of SFDC integration is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer focus with a high tolerance for ambiguity and requirement changes.
• Strong problem-solving mindset to ensure creative and logical thinking for potential solutions.
• Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully.
