Position Overview:

Our Lamborghini Broward team is growing We're looking for an Automotive Title/Accounting Clerk with accounting/title work experience in the automotive industry.

As part of the dealership accounting team, this individual must be able to time manage, communicate well both verbally and via email, work efficiently be proficient and demonstrate excellent computer skills. The ideal candidate should have some previous dealership experience and or be capable of learning our DMS CDK system and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Title work processing- retail, wholesale, dealer trades using DLR DMV
  • Processing out of state title work
  • Knowledge of export processing and requirements
  • Responsible on maintaining all title books and acquiring titles in a timely matter.
  • Assisting in costing wholesales, fleet and dealer trades
  • Process payoff checks to lienholders
  • Review accounting schedules on a weekly basis
  • Review documents for compliance.
  • Submit all aftermarket products/process cancelations on a weekly basis
  • Pull and post manufacturer invoicescredit memos daily
  • Must have good communication skills with employees.
  • Other special projects requested.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Accounting or relevant field.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience as in Automotive Accounting for three to five years may be substituted for Associate's degree requirements.
  • Experience with dealership accounting functions is a plus

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in ADP/CDK Drive XL DMS preferred.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in team environments as well as independently.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively as well as being highly organized and flexible.
  • Professional personal appearance.
