Location: 3944 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306
We are seeking a highly experienced Veterinary Technician (RVT preferred) to join our leadership team as Technician Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient carewith the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.

This is a working supervisory position which is responsible for the leadership and of the Veterinary Technician Staff. In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to:
Implementing department policies and procedures.
Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.
Enforcing charge captures.
Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
Record keeping.
Marketing.
Facility maintenance.
Strong skills are required. Must be dedicated to creating a healthy work environment where all employees are elevated, empowered and enjoy what they do.
VCA Animal Hospitals offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, pet care discounts, paid vacation, holidays and sick days, health and well-being programs that provide resources and training. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $32 to $35 / hour.
