DescriptionSummary:The Electrophysiology Tech nologist, in collaboration with the physicians and nursing personnel, assists with diagnostic and therapeutic invasive electrophysiology patient procedures, including cardiac device implantation in compliance with principles of sterile tech niques while utilizing specialized angiographic equipment and/or complex computerized monitoring equipment. Assists physician during procedures by circulating, scrubbing or monitoring. Responds to patient distress situations and assists with equipment quality control and inventory management.Requires:Education: Graduate of a Cardiac Electrophysiology Program (CEP), Cardiovascular Tech nology Program, Exercise Physiology Program (BS) or related education.Experience: Six (6) months related experience in an EP lab.Additional client information:
