Department: RetailDivision: LLC, Wholly owned by The Shawnee TribeJob Title: Retail Sales AssociateGeneral Definition: Responsible for delivering sales and excellent customer service inthe gift shop.Supervision Received: Retail SupervisorSupervision Exercised: N/AEssential Job Functions:•Perform tasks on the sales floor by being passionate about the gift shop's products todeliver a positive shopping experience in a service focused, well-maintained and friendlyenvironment.•Puts the customer first at all times.•Provide memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses andproduct recommendations.•Offer customers promotional products and services.•Resolve customer service issues and escalate as required.•Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.•Maintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping andmaintenance standards.•Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our POS.•Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfertransactions, etc.•Efficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.).•Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a safe working environment.•Process all point of sale transactions in a friendly, quick, and efficient manner whilecomplying with the company's Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard OperatingProcedures.•Successfully show consistent performance on quarterly selling observations.•Perform all other duties as assigned.
