PagoPA S.p.A. alla ricerca di un esperto legale, il quale sar responsabile, insieme al direttore affari legali, di gestire ogni adempimento e iniziativa per assicurare la corretta applicazione delle decisioni aziendali sotto il profilo legale.
Responsabilit

Le sue principali responsabilit sono:
fornire assistenza legale a tutte le aree aziendali in fase preventiva e operativa;
fornire assistenza per le attivit di Compliance aziendale, inclusa la GDPR compliance;
coordinare i consulenti e gli studi legali esterni;
collaborare nella gestione del contenzioso giudiziale e stragiudiziale;
garantire il costante aggiornamento sulla legislazione nazionale, europea e internazionale di settore e relativa giurisprudenza;
collaborare nella gestione dei rapporti con enti governativi e di controllo, associazioni di categoria, autorit di vigilanza e magistratura;
curare la redazione di atti giuridici, contratti e procedure interne per gli adempimenti legali e regolamentari e controllare lesatta osservanza, come, a titolo esemplificativo:

contrattualistica varia con lesterno (locazioni, forniture, partnership, sponsorship, MoU);
contrattualistica interna (contratti di collaborazione, lettere di assunzione, etc.)
contrattualistica e documentazione legale di prodotto (T&C, ToS, modelli standard di adesione, disclaimers, note legali, informative);
documentazione legale aziendale, come procedure interne, informative)
documentazione di compliance & privacy (modello 231, registro trattamenti, DPIA).

Qualifiche essenziali e formazione:

laurea in giurisprudenza;
+4 anni di esperienza in studi legali internazionali e/o esperienza in azienda in posizioni simili;
+4 anni abilitazione allesercizio della professione legale in Italia;
Ottima conoscenza delle tematiche di diritto civile, commerciale, amministrativo, delle nuove tecnologie, ivi incluso diritto dei consumatori e diritto della protezione dei dati personali e sicurezza informatica
ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici;
conoscenza ottima dellinglese
esperienza nel settore delle nuove tecnologie
Qualifiche preferenziali

esperienza pregressa nel settore bancario
esperienza pregressa in o con societ tecnologiche
