Role Descriptions: Evaluating levels of speech and language difficulty in pediatric patients, adeptly handling problematic behaviors. Identifying treatment options and executing individualized treatment plans that address specific functional needs. Providing counseling to parents on effective techniques for carry-over outside the treatment environment. Offering guidance and support to individuals and families coping with communication disorders. Supervising SLPAs in the school setting with 100% onsite supervision.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. State licensure is mandatory. ASHA certification and experience are preferred, but enthusiastic CF candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Reliable transportation.
