At Comprehensive Logistics (CLI), individuals are valued for their dedication to perfecting processes and teamwork performance.As one of the fastest growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we're looking for an experienced MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Weekly Fire Pump Churn testingAerial lift (repairs, duties required)Rack or guard rail repairs if neededPainting lines on floorMoving internal fencing for layout redesignAvidbot floor scrubber activation and maintenance/PMFire extinguisher checks - monthlyMoving furnitureHang TV's white boards, etc as neededBuild holders for scanners on forkliftsTrain, coach and manage associates in all policies and procedures of the companyKeep proper and accurate documentation and recordsOther Duties and responsibilities assigned by managementREQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:High school diploma/GED3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience; strong PLC, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical/electronic and industrial skills with some HVACOSHA 10 - 30 HourUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling/ mobile equipment in performing duties.Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office Suites, Outlook, RFID scanning equipmentWORK ENVIRONMENT:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, coolant and oils, moving mechanical parts and vibration.In addition, the employee is periodically exposed to elevated heights.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical requirements for this job directly reflect the essential functions necessary to be successful in this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing and sitting throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
