Urology Opportunity in Northern California - Train the next generation
Dignity Health St. Joseph's Medical Center in partnership with Touro University Medical Group is looking for Faculty to help develop a Urology residency program.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for teaching and joining a collegial medical community.
About the Opportunity
- Must be American Board Certified or Eligible
- 355 bed Community Based Teaching Hospital
- Xi DaVinci Robot
- Core faculty positions and academic appointments available
- 2 yr Guarantee Base Salary $500,000 to 550,000 with high earning potential and productivity as there is a huge need for Urology in the area
- Sign-On Bonus + Relocation + Student Loan Repayment
- 100% Of Health Insurance Paid for Provider
- 401K, Generous PTO, CME, Malpractice, Disability, etc.
- H1B Visa Sponsorship Available
In addition to General Urology, there is a need for:
- MIS Surgery
- Urologic Oncology
- Endourology
- Female Pelvic Floor
- Male Infertility

- The inaugural class of Urology residents started in July 2022 with 2 residents per year

This is an opportunity to join a community-based practice affiliated with Dignity Health. In many cases, providers will join an existing single-specialty or multi-specialty medical group (solo options are occasionally available).
