  • Proficiency with RESTful web services design and documentation
  • Desirable to have Platform Developer I certification and Platform Developer II certification
  • Experience in Service, Sales, Marketing & Health cloud implementations
  • Quality Management (QMS) knowledge under healthcare domain
  • Proficiency with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • DevOps/Release management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Experience Required 5+ Years Roles & Responsibilities Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Pharmaceutical, procedures and guidelines, the duties and responsibilities for this position are:
  • Effectively collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources to determine technical and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues around design thinking, to bring the customer to the heart of development to deliver great user experience
  • Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps, visual force/lightning pages and API based integrations.
  • Effectively support Technical Process Review sessions and technical UAT's
  • Support data migration and integration activities as required
  • Co-ordination of team activities in line with departmental objectives and project goals
  • Supervision and development of staff reporting to them in line with departmental and project goals.
Can Lead and Manage Team at onsite/offshore Generic Managerial Skills • Strong communication skills. Candidates must be highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English language.
• Ability to multitask, including ability to understand customer requirements, retrieve relevant information, and provide responses satisfactorily and with immediacy is required.
• Employee must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities.
• Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures is required.
• Ability to lead and manage team at onsite and/or offshore
• Ability to function in a team environment and deliver on team objectives is required.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems while exhibiting situational judgement.
