If you are looking for a W2 position that allows you the flexibility of an independent job, look no further We have both full-time and part-time openings, and can be flexible based on what you are looking forWe have tons of work to keep you busy year-round, and offer between $27 and $32 per hour to start, depending on experience.Here is just some of what we have to offer: Weekends off Vacation Performance bonuses Company credit card Flexible scheduling Advancement and growth opportunities Regular pay reviews Consistent year-round work Plus more RequirementsWe are looking for Handymen/Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades-from Carpentry, Flooring, Fencing, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.Specific qualifications for the role include: Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing Own a wide variety of hand and power tools Willing to travel daily to (or live in) Minneapolis Comfortable with a Pre-Employment Background Check Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a craftsman to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
