Fiberutilities Group (FG) is seeking a hybrid Telecom Billing Analyst to join their team in Cedar Rapids, IA.

In this role, you will track contracts, billing accounts, invoice details and order information to assist with the billing process for telecommunications customers.

Job Duties:
•Coordinate tasks with telecom service providers, USAC, and our clients daily
•Generate reports from Excel and other management systems
•Track order details through the order process using the database tracking system
•Order entry of client carrier service records to track contracts, billing accounts, invoice details, order information, and technical detail
•Work through appropriate client contract, I/T and accounts payable process to resolve outstanding questions on charges and prepare invoices for approval and payment by the client
•Strong ability to prioritize and work independently
•Organizational skills critical and ability to multi-task

Job Requirements:
•Associate degree in accounting, finance or business, preferred
•2+ years of billing experience required
•2+ years of telecommunications experience strongly preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient
• Telecom/carrier contract knowledge required
•Experience processing client requests and monitoring updates
