Job Description
•Process US payrolls weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll
•Preparation and disbursement of payroll (checks and direct deposit) while ensuring proper payroll taxes & benefits deductions are deducted from paychecks.
•Process tax withholding payments to various entities.
•Document/create payroll process as needed.
•Process garnishment, child supports.
•Reconcile payroll related general ledger accounts.
•Reconcile payroll clearings.
•Month end/Year end closing activities.
•Benefits reconciliation after each payroll
•Submit HAS/FSA's/ 401K funding.
•File requisite government reports.
•Review quarter wages and year end W-2 reviews.
•Support department in other activities as needed.

Qualifications
•Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•3 - 5 years of relevant payroll and accounting experience
•Intermediate to advanced excel skills (Pivot Tables and formulas), skills in using other Microsoft Office product.
•Experience with ADP and/or Quest IV payroll software a plus but not required.
•Analytical skills.
