Responsibilities:
Direct and provide outpatient care to clinic patients to ensure appropriate evaluation, diagnosis and care.

Perform a series of manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body to correct the musculoskeletal system.

Liaison with other VCC medical practitioners in treating health problems associated with the muscular, nervous and skeletal systems. Participate in and support quality assurance programs
Provide training to clinic staff to facilitate better patient care
Examine patients of all ages to detect signs of injury, disease or abnormality, with awareness of signs and symptoms of general health conditions
Evaluate, diagnose and perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body to correct musculoskeletal system
Counsel patients about nutrition, exercise, stress management and recommended courses of treatment
Liaison with other medical practitioners and share care as needed for patients with chronic conditions
Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality chiropractic care

Qualifications:
Minimum
Current Chiropractic License from the state of California
A Doctor of Chiropractic (O.C.) Degree from an accredited chiropractic school
Current CPR certification
Minimum 3 years' experience
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail, communication systems and internet search capabilities
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Bilingual English/Spanish
Pay Range
$54.00-$59.00/hr
