As a Community Outreach Agent, you'll have the opportunity to shape world-class experiences tailored to the unique needs of each community we serve. Responsibilities of a Community Outreach Agent:

  • Engage with residents in targeted communities to promote new client campaigns and programs, finding the most effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Support market research and outreach efforts in potential site communities.
  • Provide prompt communication to residents regarding inquiries, concerns, pricing, and order details.
  • Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate consumer records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in customer service and outreach to address community needs and achieve outreach objectives.
  • Attend company meetings for training, product knowledge updates, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications for a Community Outreach Agent:
  • No college degree required; we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and apply knowledge of company products and services.
  • Demonstrated perceptiveness and discipline in your approach.
  • Infectiously positive demeanor that resonates with others.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service.
