In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX. You'll configure, secure, support, and manage the system, ensuring its integrity and smooth operation. But that's not all As a key business partner, you'll work closely with other departments to understand their challenges and opportunities. By leveraging Dynamics 365/AX, you'll lead the way in developing and maintaining customized solutions that deliver real value to the business.

Here's what you'll do:

• Be a project pro: Join the implementation team for new applications and software, guiding them all the way to launch through thorough testing.
• Problem-solving whiz: Identify business process challenges and recommend solutions to both IT and business leaders. You'll analyze situations, solve problems, and anticipate potential issues.
• Business whisperer: Help users define their needs for service requests, understanding their goals and the software's capabilities. You'll recommend solutions based on best practices.
• Requirements guru: Gather functional and technical requirements, identify gaps, and develop functional design documents and statements of work.
• Project management master: Craft project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure everything stays on track.
• Collaboration champion: Work seamlessly with vendors, consultants, and team members to achieve project goals.
• Integration expert: Troubleshoot, resolve problems, and ensure smooth operation of systems integrated with Dynamics AX/D365.
• Data detective: Fulfill ad-hoc reporting needs and help users interpret data effectively.
• Design dream team: Collaborate with developers, database admins, and business departments on design, functionality, and delivery.
• Coding confidant: Support programmers and developers (including off-shore teams) throughout the development and testing process.
• Documentation devotee: Create and maintain clear documentation and standards.
• Compliance champion: Ensure adherence to SOC compliance, including annual audits.
• Multitasking maestro: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, work independently, and drive results.
• Knowledge base builder: Create user documentation for new or changed functionalities to empower users.
• Help desk hero: Provide support to AX/D365 users through the help desk.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX 2012
