Prestigious law firm in New York City is seeking a highly experienced Estate Litigation Attorney to join their elite team. With over 5-7+ years of experience, this is a unique opportunity to work with a renowned firm that values excellence, integrity, and delivering top-notch legal services to their clients.

Responsibilities:

-Manage a diverse caseload of estate litigation matters-Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions-Represent clients in court hearings and trials-Communicate regularly with clients, partners, and other attorneys on case updates-Collaborate with team members on complex cases and provide guidance to paralegals and support staff

Requirements:

-Must be admitted to the New York bar -Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in estate litigation -Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail -Proven track record of success in handling complex cases -Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
