**Essential Functions:**
* Demonstrated compassionate, patient with a strong customer service focus
* Ability to show tactful compassion in high stress and emotional situations
* Demonstrate an appreciation of heritage values, and wisdom of residents and understand the aging process.
* Conduct self in a professional manner in compliance with facility policies
* Work utilizing guidelines established by Lighthouse Senior Living policies and procedures.
* Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents residing in the facility.
* Observe and report changes in residents condition both physically and emotionally.
* Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
* Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use.
* Report observations related to resident care per facility standard.
