Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Experience:

24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

If you've previously worked at an NYCHH facility, please update your employment dates on your profile and contact your Advocate with your NYCHH supervisor's name to speed up your application. This information is necessary for your submission.

Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.

All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).

Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).

No On-Call Required

Carter Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Acute Care Hospital. Must alternate weekends.

Two years of the following experience is required: Medical/Surgical experience IV Insertion and phlebotomy conscious sedation

Details:
