Jessie Trice Community Health system is seeking a qualified, board certified Pediatric Dentist that will provide primary and comprehensive preventive and therapeutic oral health care for infants and children through adolescence. Treatment also may be provided to patients beyond the age of majority who demonstrate physical, developmental, mental, sensory, behavioral, cognitive, or emotional impairment conditions that require specialized care. Examines, diagnosis, and treats diseases, infections and injuries to the mouth. Supervises all Pediatric Practices and designated Special Projects. Must have excellent infection prevention skills and excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, practice management, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Details of Education and Skills:

Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine

Current Board Certification 

Active and clear Florida License and no prior licensing infractions in other states. 

Current DEA certification.

Minimum 5 years' experience in all phases of comprehensive pediatric dental acre to a diverse population.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Medicare, Medicaid and other State & Federal healthcare programs. 

 Dental Teaching/Training (AEGD Residents) Acumen.

Must have excellent organizational and people skills, including supervisory, community/provider relationship skills. 

Must be computer proficient and experienced with EHR.

Current CPR (from American Heart Association)
