ColonialWebb is seeking energetic and driven Plumbing/Pipefitting Helpers to join our New Construction team in the Richmond area. Under the guidance of experienced Plumbing Mechanics, you will learn how to assemble, install, and repair complex commercial plumbing systems.

**What you will do:**

* Learn how to assemble and install, PVC, Cast Iron, Copper, Black Iron Screw Pipe, and Weld Pipe as well as repair these systems for commercial projects

* Typical projects include new construction, change-outs, retrofits, and installation of commercial plumbing and hydronic systems

**What we are looking for:**

* The ability to get to work each day on time and focus on the job at hand; a reliable source of transportation to and from work

* Some knowledge of construction and/or the plumbing industry (is a plus, but not required)

* Completion of (or currently completing) plumbing trade school (is a plus, but not required)

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including unscheduled overtime (nights and weekends)

* Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations (is a plus, but not required)

* Understanding of basic construction/shop math

* Ability to work easily and skillfully with hands

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy

* Ability to communicate effectively and deal diplomatically with coworkers and other tradespeople

* Maintain a positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment

* Ability to pass a drug screen
