Develop and redesign business processes. Design the customization and work with information technology to get the solutions into production. Plan and implement systemic research and probing analysis for complex functional problems and solutions. Develop methods, processes, techniques, and products to support departments. Contribute to the development and testing of new and enhanced products. Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Specialization in: Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, Translation of business requirements into technical requirements, Development of Dashboards. Analyze, review, and alter programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Convert project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language. Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Two (2) years of the aforementioned five years of progressively responsible experience must have included: Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, Translation of business requirements into technical requirements, Development of Dashboards. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required.
