AutoCAD Drafter

PTS Advance has an immediate need for an AutoCAD Drafter with experience specific to refinery equipment and/or piping.

This position is located in Ferndale, Washington. Drug and background testing required

40 hour work week

Local Candidates. No per diem available

Requirements:

Drafting processes and procedures. Must have a minimum of 2 Years Auto Cad drafting.

Ability to interpret and understand Engineering drawings and P&ID's.

Produce accurate results with minimal rework.

Possess well developed self-planning and organization skills including ability to work interdependently prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time and a heavy workload.

Ability to adjust to varying or unexpected changing conditions and shifting priorities with minimal direction.

Work with a variety of personalities. Comfortable in a team environment.

Ability to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation workers ID card)

Responsibilities:

Create, update and maintain refinery Inspection Isometric drawings and refinery alloy drawings. Create specific Inspection drawings per Inspection Staff requirements. Ensure Inspection Isometrics drawings are updated during or after refinery construction project changes are completed, verify insulation start and top locations and review previous to new circuit drawings. Perform refinery wide Inspection Isometric drawing and P&ID validation surveys from field walk downs in the refinery process units, tank farm and wharf areas.
