We are a well-established Private Wealth Advisory Practice dedicated to helping our clients achieve their financial goals. We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team and support our mission of making a positive significant difference in the lives of our clients. This role will be customized to maximize your strengths. You will also have the ability to grow within the practice. We are seeking candidates with a growth mindset and with a sincere interest in the financial services industry.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with both the planning and service sides of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client service assistance: Manage and organize client appointment schedules efficiently. Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients visiting our office.
  • Client Meeting Prep: Assist in preparing for client meetings, including:
    • Creating and processing applications to completion.
    • Updating client profiles with address, phone, and name changes.
  • Financial planning assistance: assist with preparing PowerPoints and recommendations.
  • Client Communication: Provide support in handling client emails, phone calls, and in-person visits.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative tasks, including filing, mailing, faxing, and copying documents as needed.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate on special projects as necessary, which may involve research, data analysis, or other tasks to enhance our services.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
