Mars Hill Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time veterinarian to complete our practice in Oconee County, GA. We have been AAHA-accredited for 26 years, and we are proud to serve the canines and felines of Bogart, Athens, and Watkinsville. Our experienced staff, many of which have been with us for over 15 years, truly makes our hospital special. We work hard to provide a strong work-life balance and positive environment for every member of our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced doctors and excellent new grads who are interested in surgery, or have surgical experience, to join an experienced team. Our full-time vet schedule is four days per week. We are closed on weekends, and we have very minimal on-call and after-hours requirements. Prospective candidates can look forward to working with HBOT, therapeutic laser and ultrasound, as well as the addition of cloud-based records later this year.

Located just 20 minutes away from Athens and UGA, Oconee County is a wonderful community with excellent schools, exciting festivals, like the Butterfly Festival, and a bustling agricultural scene. Oconee County offers the ease and quiet of a small town, with the comforts and access of close proximity to larger cities, including Atlanta 60 miles away.
