We are looking for an **Inventory Superviso**r for our NEW Amherst, NH warehouse. The Supervisor responsibilities include:

**Essential Responsibilities**

Plans & oversees all the activities of the cycle counters, order auditors and light manufacturing area

Ensures all Empire on hands inventory counts remain accurate

Inputs inventory control adjustments as necessary using a scanner to convert and track inventory that includes specialty items requiring barcode auditing

Trains employees in their job responsibilities, review performance and ensures compliance with safety measures

Helps lead overall facility safety compliances

Oversees and plans the activities and production needs/capacities of the light manufacturing area

Works directly with purchasing team and sales force to help ensure stock and special-order products on hand match system quantities

Manages annual inventory process

**Basic Qualifications (Required)**

Three to Five years of supervisory experience in a distribution center or similar industry. Knowledge of product inventory and profiles as well as the warehouse layout and operations

Basic math skills

Ability to communicate clearly with employees and management

Ability to obtain a forklift license

Knowledge of best safety practices

**Preferred Qualifications**

Knowledge or experience in millwork industry
