Come join the growing field of cannabis We are searching for a full time Joint Roller to join our Joint Rolling Crew in Garden City.General Info:Candidates with a current badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado will be given heavy preference. If you do not have that, you can apply for it by clicking HEREThis is a full time position, scheduled Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Generally, you can count on 40 hours reliably. This position requires the ability to often work on some holidays that fall on those days of the week.The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking for a job with clear guidelines and expectations, and who can follow ALL the rules set by the MED (Marijuana Enforcement Division) here in Colorado. The actual tasks of the job are repetitive, operating the joint rolling machine, weighing and finishing joints. While the work can be monotonous, we are looking for someone with a positive upbeat attitude who will add to the team vibe in the Joint RoomThis position pays $15/hour to start. Our Joint Rollers provide one of our most popular items in the store, so they are a critical part of the teamBasic Functions of the Job:May operate the joint machine, which fills the joints. Weigh the joint accurately.Seal the ends neatly and following our protocols.Maintain a clean and organized work area during the day. Ideal Skills and Experience:Capable of sitting and working with hands for a full 8 hour shift, with or without accommodation.Experience dry trimming is preferred, but not required. Ability to receive critical feedback and criticism to improve your work.Ability to perform a repetitive task correctly and consistently over a long period of time without diminishing quality.We are an EEO Employer
