·Offer support with Advanced Accounts Receivable duties ·Advanced Accounts Payable duties (Match, enter, pay) ·Month-end close out for A/R and A/P ·Ensure that all tests are received for raw product ·Data entry for product costs ·Sort mail and distribute to appropriate recipient ·Monitor and order office supplies ·Track and send monthly poundage reports to customers ·Complete and monitor Workers Compensation claims ·Support Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Sales Tax audits ·Fill out Worker’s Comp claims ·Any other tasks as needed

Responsibilities Qualifications Some account payable or book keeping experience preferred.
