We are looking for an eager worker to work individually with drive and passion to join our Billing Department. Responsibilities Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accounts Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional mail services Process all payment using various pay services Reconcile all payments with accounts Generate monthly and quarterly reports Handle a high call volume Qualifications Experience in a billing department role Understanding of accounting software such as Quickbooks Strong computational skills An extreme attention to detail Ability to be productive with minimal oversight Excellent interpersonal skills Robust written and communication skill set Basic understanding of office software and machinery Fluent in English and Spanish Flexibility on evenings and weekends during billing date Benefits Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) 2 weeks Vacations Sick time 10 Paid Federal Holidays Off Paid Birthday and Work Anniversary off Life Insurance Please visit our
