TSMC Arizona is looking for a Security Control Center Analyst to join our 5-nanometer Fab, located in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Security Operations Analyst, you will demonstrate a keen sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values - Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust. Responsibilities include completing an assessment of security risks, handling access control, documenting incidents at the facility, maintaining, and upgrading security equipment when applicable, and directing other security personnel to respond to security related issues when observed in the control center.

This position requires the management, assisting, and direction during shift operations using TSMC security personnel and contracted security personnel. TSMC Security Operations Analysts are responsible for providing security for the entire 1,200-acre campus and are tasked with a broad scope of responsibilities. TSMC AZ is an active and long-term construction project, with everchanging priorities, direction, and security needs.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Operate the access control system (e.g., CCTV, Badging)
  • Maintain logbooks and data trackers
  • Maintain an inventory log to ensure equipment and supplies are readily available
  • Utilize all TSMC Security systems to verify badge data
  • Interact with contractors, vendors, and employees, and address their questions and assist in finalizing their security paperwork
  • Coordinate with TSMC Sponsors to verify required vendor information
  • Analyze background data to verify qualifications
  • Verify training, photo, and approval, make contractor, vendor, and employee badges
  • Utilize the access control software to perform security functions. Familiarity with TSMC systems a plus
  • Assist in security investigations
  • Assist in the design and implementation of site security posturing and features
  • Identify and assess security risks and analyze security trends and data
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and across functions
  • Technical documentation of safety protocol and procedures for full site communication, and management
  • Formulate detailed security reports
  • Security policy and procedure writing
  • Maintain and organize security procedures and documents
  • Other duties as defined by the Security Manager


Required:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience in SOC or Industrial Security settings
