Role: IBM BPM Developer
Type: Full Time Permanent
Location: Portland, OR (100% onsite)

Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience required.
  • IBM BPM development.
  • Experience with JavaScript.
  • Core JAVA - Good to have.


Description:
  • Overall 6 + years IT experience with minimum of 5+ years into design and development using IBM BPM.
  • Experience in Architecting, Analysis and Development in IBMs Business Process Management (BPM) tool.
  • Strong knowledge on core IBM BPM tool.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
  • Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
  • Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects
  • Develop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques.
  • Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance.
  • Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities.
  • Coordinating with onshore, offshore and responsible for status updates.
  • Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly.
  • Team Oriented and can work independently.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
  • IBM BPM , Experience with Java and Java-based technologies, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries, JQuery.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative SDLCs
