Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone teamJob Description:SUMMARY OF POSITIONResponsible for greeting and checking patients in and out of clinic, via in-person or on the phone. Schedules patient appointments, takes client payment information, filing and other front desk tasks.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSchedules of clinical staff appointments, appointment courtesy calls to patients, obtaining/updating client data and collection of co-pays.Answers phone calls, emails and other electronic messages as required quickly and efficiently.Collects, files, and organizing office documents, records and forms.Checks clients in and out.
